If a flight is delayed we will make every effort to contact passengers in advance to inform them of the rescheduled departure. Passengers are requested to provide their local telephone contact in order to advise them regarding delays.
If a flight is cancelled, passengers can be transferred to the next available Kang Pacific Airlines flight without any additional charge. Alternatively the fare value can be retained as credit with Kang Pacific airlines for future travel within six months. If such options are not acceptable the fare is refundable.
