Changing your Reservation

If you wish to change the date and time, you must inform us of your requirement at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. Changes to your booking will incur a fee of USD20 (or local currency equivalent) per passenger per sector. The passenger will have to pay the difference in fare if the applicable base fare is greater than the current base fare.

However, if the applicable base fare is less than the current base fare, the difference in amount will not be refunded. This can be done at the point where you have bought the ticket, i.e. if you have made the booking through a travel agent, you can get your booking changed through that particular travel agent only.

However our Call Centre and sales offices would be able to help you in making changes in your Booking, irrespective of from where you purchased the ticket.

Change of route is not permitted in any case.
